Where can I find the 25th anniversary of Swarovski Love-A-Lot Care Bear and Grumpy Bear?

I was looking looking on ebay and found the 25th anniversary edition of Swarovski Love-A-Lot and Grumpy Bears that I did not know existed. I have all the 25th anniversaries of other Bears that have come out over the last two years and was wondering where I could find these two. Are they new? And there also white, pink Funshine and Tenderheart Care Bears that I am not aware of? Thank you!
