Oscar the Grouch is one of the favorite Muppets on Sesame Street. Everyone knows and loves their favorite grouchy green friend Oscar the Grouch and throwing an Oscar the Grouch party is a way to celebrate him at your next birthday party.

Planning an Oscar the Grouch party is simple and fun once you get the basics out of the way. Obviously a terrific color palate for an Oscar the Grouch party is green.
