I would suspect that you don't need one, if you aren't coming up with anything. Particular municipalities might have requirements though. In any case, it will be easier than getting a firearms license in IL. My advice is to just do it until some cop instructs you on the law (if he knows it and isn't just making it up on the spot.)
I think all the photos have been taken and put up. There are gaps between various photos but thats how its meant to be I think as the photos are taken every few metres apart or so. Its probably irrelevant anyway because none of the photos will be left because of certain people who have no life and think its 'invading' their piracy, sad I think. And I live in Manchester too
