Before you start trying random herbs you need to figure out the cause of his discomfort.
And dogs do snore by the way. normal. What is not normal is disharge or smells or things like that. But regular snoring is not a big deal.
Go back to the vet and have him checked out. then go from there.
Give your buck (boy) a full look-over. Check for colored drainage from the nose. Also check for conjunctivitis or 'weepy eye' which is clear or cloudy discharge from the eye. Another sign is is matted front paws (this is because he would wipe his nose on them).
If everything looks normal then you can get another rabbit. Make sure that she is spayed/neutered. Start by placing her in a cage next to your buck to make sure they get along then allow them to meet in a neutral territory. Continue this until they're bonded.
If either one shows symptoms of snuffles GET ANTIBIOTICS FROM A VET IMMEDIATELY. Also, separate them and always wash your hands between handling them. Snuffles can only be completely cured if it's caught early. Good luck!
