Frog Learning
What is a good learning experience I can teach preschoolers?

Something involves learning tadpoles and frogs? (By learning experience that I mean business)

Can you put a little tadpoles? Read a book such as frog tadpoles. Here is a link to a bunch of these:% 3D4 & http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_ss?url=node field-keywords = + a + frog + tadpoles & x = 0 & y = 0 You can order one on Amazon or find another in the library. Talk the life cycle of a frog and let live tadpoles in an aquarium or a transparent container so that children can watch them grow and change. You can model drawing eggs, tadpoles and frogs on a white dry-erase the chalk board or chart paper, have them go to the table. Give them 3 pieces of paper, one at a time, and ask them to paint or draw on the first egg, a tadpole on the second, and a frog on the third. Then let them glue or tape their pictures in order on a larger piece of paper to show the life cycle. This project should be done over several days. Put photos together on large paper on the last day will give them a sense of sequencing (mathematical skills) and understanding of the place where the frogs come. Do not worry about how their photos look. If it's a frog is a frog! This gives you open-ended aspect of the activity that allows for creativity. The important thing is to help them understand the sequence of events. Encourage them to return home at the end of the week and use their pictures to explain to their family where frogs come.

Oh, I had some pet frogs when I was a kid. Its amazing how friendly they are and the common ones are totally harmless. A beautiful animal. So, I would like to see your head instead, smashed with a hammer…that could be a great vid for youtube…

I found a frog care website:

A chubby frog sounds cute, if you don't think about it too much!

This reminds me of an older friend of mine whose little grandson found a frog and wanted to keep it. She wanted him to let it go, saying she didn't know what frogs ate. The little guy said, "Grandma! Look on "what do frogs eat.com!" Kids nowadays!
